We choose to present Chora with Pictures! They will "pretty much"
speak for themselves, helped by small comments for each picture. This
site might take some time downloading, but we hope you've got the
patience to wait for the pictures!

Main Street. Photographed from the vest end. The Islands studio (of art) is right behind the photographer. The street is off course empty in the middle of the day in the worst sunheat. In the evening there are more people, even if this part of mainstreet is kind of quiet also at night time. It's mainly houses in this part of the street. |

Here is the windmill you can see on top of the slope from the sea when you arrive at the island with the ferryboat. Here is also a small taverna where you can be served octopus from the grill. As you can see, they're put up to dry right next to the windmill. |

Here is a boat, which is used as a decoration for one of the islands new "tavernas"! It was very popular for familys with kids because they served baked pizza from the (clay) oven. It's located along the road up till the windmill (as shown on the last picture), in the area between the main-street and the port. |

The commercial sign on the right belonged to the islands "fast-food" restaurant. It's located in main-street, where the street turns left, right after you've passed the (main) church. The prices is from the summer 2000. |

This small and beautiful "garden" is also in the main-street. |
