Thank you for choosing this Internet homepage!

You have arrived at a private Norwegian homepage where you can find information concerning Island Strolling in Greece. The information is divided into 5 main groups.

Kart.gif (4801 bytes)

First of all there is a description of what exactly Island Strolling is and how you can plan such a vacation. Hopefully you will find useful information/tips shedding light on the various aspects of travelling in this style. Further on we present a few islands in depth. We have chosen those we know the best.

Part 3 is a photo section. The pictures are set together thematically. At the end we have a few pages where we tell where you can find more information about Island Strolling and the Greek Islands. All together there are about 150 documents in the Norwegian edition and about 140 are now translated to English.

On almost every page you will find pictures. Since a picture is more worth than 1000 words, we therefore use quite a few self shot pictures (In the Norwegian edition up to this day about 800 images and 65 other illustrations like maps and cover at travel guides). Picture and text do in their own separate ways enlighten the subject, so put together it should be a decent presentation of a given theme. Because of the many images, the download time for each page might be a little on the slow side. The pages are put together in a way that make it possible to surf from page to page without returning to the first page in the homepage (look at the bottom of the page.

We highly recommend using the discussions group option (also found at the bottom of the each page). Here you will find tips and ideas that readers have submitted or you can put forward ideas or loan us your memories. Further you can submit queries regarding the need for certain information or may be answers other people’s questions. Finally, please put your name and comments about this homepage in the Guest book.
